The Apology Line was born from a real experiment in which British people were motivated through flyers and billboards to get rid of disturbing secrets by confessing them anonymously in front of a recorder. While the narrative line leads you deeply into untold stories, be they superficial or emotional, the camera cuts captures of dark cities and mysterious home interiors. The result is almost as cathartic as the project’s idea – special mention from the jury at Clermont-Ferrand.
